How it works

Hire

The period of hire for all items is 4 days only. Collection & return of hire items is by appointment only. It is the clients responsibly to inspect the items they are collecting are correct & inform at this time of any discrepancy to the order.

Late return of items will incur additional fees, 25% of hire cost for each day late.

All hire items must be returned clean. We recommend all vases are handwashed. A cleaning fee will be charged if any items are returned unclean. This fee will be determine based on the quantity of products that require cleaning.

 Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Any damage to our hire items will incur a full replacement fee (+ freight).  Damage is any change in condition that will prevent the item from being suitable for future hire. All damaged items remain the property of The Flower Press.

All items must be returned in boxes and packaging provided. Should items be returned without packaging and boxes a fee will incur to replace this.

 The client may not offer to clean or repair any items deemed unclean or damage by The Flower Press.

Payment/ Cancellation

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to book hire items. Payment of deposit is deemed acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to collection of hire items.

A security bond will be taken on all orders. Any fees incurred on return of the items will first be taken from this bond, if fees are in excess of this, the client will be invoiced.

Security bond will be returned to the clients provided bank account within working 7 days of item return.

Late return of items will incur additional fees, 25% of hire cost for each day late.

If hire items are not returned within 8 days, this will be considered theft and reported accordingly.

Should The Flower Press be required to seek debt collection services, for unpaid invoices the client will be liable for any related costs.

Should an order for hire items be cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation of hire within 30 days of event is refundable by 50% of total hire, cancellation of hire within 15 days of event is non-refundable.

The Flower Press is not liable for injury inflicted on any person/s from hire products.
